Fatigue
Reduction in the activity due to continuous work. It is a reduced capacity for further work as a consequence of the previous activity.
Types-
Muscular – Physical tiredness due to continuous work for a certain period. It reduces the capacity of body and muscles to exert.
Mental – Mental tiredness and irritation. It reduces control over thoughts and causes restlessness.
Nervous – Occurs when the nerve ending in muscles fail to keep the muscles active. It is caused by emotional conflict and repression of negative feelings.
