Exit Interview
Exit Interview is an interview held with an employee who is leaving the organization voluntarily.
Purpose- It is to find out the reasons why the employee is leaving and/or to provide counselling and assistance in finding a new job. It also helps to find out the likes and dislikes of employee about the company which provide a better insight into the company.
